At BellaBlendsit, each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and inspected to ensure the highest quality experience possible.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the type of order placed.

Estimated processing times:

  • Plain/raw hair orders: 1–3 weeks

  • Balayage and custom-colored orders: 2–3 weeks

Please note that processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before shipment and does not include transit time.

During launches, restocks, holidays, promotional periods, or high order volume, processing times may increase slightly.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to fully update after label creation.

Shipping Carriers

BellaBlendsit ships through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times after shipment vary based on carrier performance and destination.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

BellaBlendsit is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, BellaBlendsit is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries caused by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly and check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

Signature Confirmation

BellaBlendsit reserves the right to require signature confirmation on higher-value orders for security purposes.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

BellaBlendsit is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact bellablendsit@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
