1. What kind of hair do you sell?

We sell 100% raw South Indian temple hair, ethically sourced and free of synthetic fillers. Every bundle is full from weft to ends, thick, and custom hand-painted with professional coloring techniques.

2. How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our raw hair lasts 2–3+years. Because it is raw, each bundle can be reused for multiple installs.

3. How many bundles do I need for a full install?

10”–16” → 2–3 bundles

18”–24” → 3 bundles

26”+ → 4 bundles minimum for fullness

Closures are also available in each color way for a complete look.

Note: Double drawn bundles feature shorter weft lengths due to the additional sorting process. For maximum fullness, 4–5 bundles are recommended, though 3 bundles may work with strategic placement depending on your desired look.

4. How do I care for my bundles?

Upon arrival, open your package and remove the hair from its plastic bag to allow ventilation before install.

Wash with sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner

For ash tones, use a purple shampoo and conditioner to prevent brassiness (we recommend Olaplex or Biolage Purple for maintaining brightness and neutralizing brass)

Always use a heat protectant when styling

Air-dry whenever possible

Brush gently from ends to roots

Store in silk or satin when not in use

Avoid heavy oils or products during installs — these can weigh the hair down.

Deep condition between installs to keep the hair soft and healthy (Olaplex No. 5 Bond Maintenance or Biolage Hydrasource are great options)

Try to wash and condition mainly between installs rather than during, to help maintain the freshness of the tones

5. What is the difference between your collections?

BellaBlend → A golden-and-ash mix with warmer undertones and dimensional pops.

Sandstone → A refined blonde and ash mix with soft, natural brightness.

Smokestone → A pure cool ash tone for a sleek, icy finish.

Each bundle is hand-painted, so highlight placement may slightly vary — making every set one of a kind. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

6. What base shades do you offer?

1B (Natural Black): Raw, unprocessed shade with soft brown undertones that show in sunlight. This is the standard base for all custom-colored bundles.

Natural Black: A deeper black for customers who prefer a uniform black tone. Choose this if your hair appears rich and dark in all lighting, with very minimal brown undertones.

Sable Brown (Medium Brown):
A medium brown base shade with natural depth and dimension. This shade may reflect soft tonal variation depending on lighting and styling and is designed to blend seamlessly with natural brown hair.

7. Variability & Artistry Disclaimer

I understand that many of you have discovered BellaBlendsit through viral creations and social media content, and I truly put my full effort, precision, and creativity into every single order. I use the exact same highlight tones and techniques featured in my collections — however, please keep in mind that lighting, raw hair lift, and donor texture can cause slight variations in appearance.

Only order if you’re open to the artistry and creative nature of this process. Each piece is hand-painted and made to order, so minor differences in tone, brightness, or highlight placement are part of what makes every BellaBlend one of a kind. These variations are natural and cannot be precisely controlled, as raw hair reacts individually during lifting and toning.

Your base shade also plays a role, but not a major one — as long as you choose correctly between 1B (Soft Natural Brown) and Natural Black, your set will blend beautifully. If your Natural Black base has a faint brown hue, that’s due to the hair being raw, not dyed jet black. Your leave-out will seamlessly transition into the highlights for a cohesive, natural finish.

8. How long does shipping take?

Because every order is custom hand-painted, please allow:

2–3 weeks for processing

Shipping: 3–5 business days (U.S.), other rates available at checkout.

Note: International shipping available (timelines vary by country)

We highly recommend ordering well before your appointment — there is no way to rush hand-painted orders.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At BellaBlendsit, every order is carefully sourced, prepared, and inspected to preserve the quality and integrity of our raw hair extensions.

Because many of our products are custom hand-painted and made to order, please review all product descriptions, FAQs, and disclaimers carefully before purchasing.

Return Eligibility

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, hair must be:

1. Unused and uninstalled

2. In original condition

Free of cutting, coloring, brushing, washing, odors, or product use

3. Returned in original packaging

All approved returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Final Sale Items

All balayage, highlighted, toned, custom-colored, hand-painted, or made-to-order items are final sale.

Due to the custom and artistic nature of these products, BellaBlendsit does not offer refunds or returns on customized hair extensions.

As stated throughout our FAQ and product descriptions, slight variations in tone, brightness, texture, and highlight placement may naturally occur due to the behavior of raw hair, donor variation, lighting, and the hand-painted process. These variations are not considered defects.

Approved Exchanges

If there is a verified issue caused by BellaBlendsit, customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange requests must be approved before any item is sent back. Approval is determined after reviewing photos, order details, and product condition.

BellaBlendsit reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet eligibility requirements.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns on eligible non-custom items are subject to a $50 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the incorrect item was sent by BellaBlendsit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive the wrong item or believe your order arrived damaged, contact bellablendsit@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Refund Processing

Once your approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
